Disliked: The room was filthy; floor were dirty. Unknown stains all over the walls in the bathroom. Damage to the bathroom door and toilet paper holder falling out of the walls

Nice staff, nice location, need...

Liked: Staff was Friendly, the manager Amanda was very accommodating and the woman who manages the breakfast in the morning was very nice.
Disliked: Rooms not cleaned well, 1st room dog or cat hair on the floor only saw it when my son sat on the bed and his socks were covered in animal hair. Changed to another room and the same issue.

Liked: Friendly staff. Clean rooms.
Disliked: Breakfast was sub-standard. All plates, bowls, and cups were Styrofoam, yet they have a microwave?! You can't charge lobby snacks and food to the room - they have a poor self scanning machine instead. Coffee machine in room but no coffee.
