Filthy floor with smelly dog...

Disliked: Filthy floors turned my children feet black and a smelly mix of dog pee and shampoo. although this was known that this was an issue yet still put our family in the room. When placed a complaint they offered a move to another room for the reserved 2nd night then went from the 800+square foot room to a 300 something square ft room that was said to be the same but far from it and if it wasn't for persistence they would of gladly justified no change in pricing because like an insurance company stnut the fact we accepted to move from filthy floor dog pee room to as described "the same room" that was supposed to negate the fact they down sized us. Will never stay again and would warn others to do your due diligence before deciding to stay here.

Liked: The location was great, and the staff was extremely helpful. The room was nice. The towels and washcloths were very good! We had reserved two rooms and they made sure the rooms were close together. We really appreciate that extra effort.
Disliked: The bathtub looked rough. However, the shower head was great, so we did have a good shower.
