Liked: Location was good.inside room was clean.
Disliked: Hallway smells very bad. Box spring under the mattress was making noise. Bead sheets were very old. There was no sofa bed.

With proper housekeeping the hotel...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. The food court was clean, and offered a variety of great breakfast food. The front desk staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful, and they addressed our concerns. Nice gym area.
Disliked: I've stayed here twice before and never had this problem. The room was dirty, dusty, floors were dirty (bottom of our feet was black from dirt!). There was a used toothpick in the chair. The bathroom was dirty. It looked like all they did was change sheets/make bed and change towels. The staff addressed our complaint and an adjustment was made.

We've stayed here 5 times...

Liked: The scrambled eggs are excellent, but I was a little dissapointed that there were no sausage patties, which I thought were available the last time we were there. They did have sausage gravy and biscuits but I'm not a fan of them. Overall there was a very nice selection and everything was very clean and the breakfast staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The coffee was delicious but the juices could use an upgrade, A little watery.
