Was a nice hotel and the hot tub was really nice and relaxing. Staff were helpful and rooms were clean.
Disliked: Heater in room seemed to run hot. There was a definite draft that your could feel over by the window. Could have been because of the frigid cold outside.

Terrible service with rude staff
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Arrived around 9:30 pm and our room wasn’t ready. Said they were going to take 15% off only took off 10%. When we finally got into our room it smelled so bad of some kind of cleaner or air freshener. The next morning My wife asked for a couple coffe packs for our room and the lady at the desk was rude and said there is coffee in the lobby 24-7. We were booked for two nights but only stayed the one and found somewhere else to stay the second night.

Thanks for great customer service.
Liked: Our room was clean. Nice bedding and pillows. It very quiet and had a good nights rest. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful. Lots of options to eat and drink.
Disliked: Our room didn’t have vanity soap.

disappointing & dissatisfied.
Liked: Location is great, clean, new feel & look. Breakfast is great. staff was friendly but unable to help, didnt follow through with promises they made regarding a discount for the issues we had.
Disliked: prior to booking i called the local # & was immediately transferred to a call center, not local. I asked for confirmation that the pool & hot tub were fully functioning & was told that the representive checked with the local property & that they were both working. When arriving to the property i was told the hot tub was not working & that i could book elsewhere or get a 20% discount, I took the discount & checked in. I was immediately charged full price on my card which the agent said was only a hold. I had done the online registration they email & text about to complete prior to arrival, i requested a ground floor room. I was given a 3rd floor room but the desk agent did change it upon my request. I also had to provide all the info I had previoulsy did online, i asked if the agent had access to my online preregistration info since i had already submitted all this info already & she said she couldnt access any of it, so why even have me do it? she replied it was optional. Unpacked in room & went to pool area for a swim, the waterslide was taped off like a crime scene & the pool was freezing so unusable, this was never mentioned at the desk. went to bed, had breakfast which was fine, & checked with the desk to confirm my rate & the discount. I was told that i could not get the discount because the evening agent did not leave a note & she pointed at a paper notebook with scribbles all over it. she handed me a business card & said i could email the management group. So disappointing & dissatisfying all because of poor communication & follow through, multiple 3rd parties not working together. I was texted & asked to work with a rep about the issues who said he couldnt do anything about it but just gather information because he didnt work for the hotel. He told me to call the hotel, I am still awaiting a response as no one called or messaged me back.
