Disliked: It was pretty dirty. Got a dirty pad stuck to my shoe from underneath the bed

Liked: The beds had coils in them, very bouncy
Disliked: Hot tub needs to be much hotter in temperature and completely redone, it's so tiny and not deep enough. The elevator looks life a death trap.

Nice stay in good location

Liked: Great location across the street from a beautiful park
Disliked: Lobby was a bit “cold” , could use some coziness. There was a fireplace but it was not lit.

Convenient location next to walking...

Liked: Breakfast was plentiful and fresh but typical. Coffee was bland, not bold. Hotel staff was welcoming and fresh cookies in the evening was a plus. Close to walking trails at Alton Baker Park.
Disliked: Hotel could use a complete remodel as it’s dark and worn. Strange smell walking into the room. Shower needs re-tile and had no shower bench. Handicapped accessible room was tight maneuvering around.
