Disliked: Had a gross smell got out in a room that wasn’t clean

Disappointing

Disliked: The toilet was broken, a cabinet door was broken, I had to call for a hair dryer.

I couldn’t stay here.

Disliked: When we arrived the 1st thing we noticed was the pool had a greasy film over it. Got to the room and the smell of decaying carpet hit your nose! There was roaches roaming the room and what looked to be dried blood on the sheer curtains. I couldn’t stay. I’m trying to get my credit card refunded and booking.com is giving me the runaround.NEVER EVER again will I use booking .com Or LaQuinta wyndom!!!!!

Liked: Our "go-to" spot when we visit Erie...love it!! Friendly staff, breakfast..but the MOST IMPORTANT PART is being able to bring my service dogs..
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: They did change our room when we asked. It was not very clean and the bed was a full, not big enough for us to sleep in.The room was behind a small room that used to be where the ice machine was (which was missing) and there was a hole in the floor that was not even covered. It appeared if it was torn up and not refinished. (this room was right next to the elevator)
Disliked: Not really clean like most La Quinta's. Lack of parking and hazardous to get in the lot as it was right where you turn onto the thruway, literally! The room was ok once we changed. The breakfast was not very good. Still love the waffles though.Outside had dog poop that was not picked up. The back by the pool was not taken care of at all!

Liked: Room was comfortable, breakfast was amazing every morning, staff was extremely helpful and available 24/7.
Disliked: The pool was small, unheated, and murky.
