Nice stay but was very...

Liked: The staff was very efficient and I enjoyed having my room actually refreshed and straightened up. Very convenient location.
Disliked: If the swimming pool would have been opened!!

So...so

Liked: Convenience to restraunts, and pet friendly.
Disliked: Front desk needs to be better. Short and not pleasant to deal with. Didn't want to answer any questions as simple as best place to take my pet to bathroom. Same price as Holiday and half the quality.

Liked: The lobby was updated. Glad there was free breakfast. Front desk personnel was helpful and friendly. Bed slept pretty well.
Disliked: The room had a kind of damp smell, chipped furniture and rusted tub fixtures. The first night the room upstairs was playing WWE on the floor. Called down to front desk a couple times. The good thing is after the second call to front desk, they must have went to the room and told them to knock it off and it stopped shortly after. The pool was drained, so I was disappointed with that. Though the lobby was updated, the rest of the hallways seemed a bit shabby and knobs felt a little sticky.

Liked: In a good location Was very convenient to everything
Disliked: It never mentioned that the pool was closed and that was the big deal because I had my grandson with me and that was the plan to enjoy the pool throughout our stay .So he had nothing to do.

Pleasant

Liked: The room was spacious and clean with lots of room to hangout. The facilities were relatively modern and did not feel dated nor overly trendy.
Disliked: The pool was closed for maintenance and we picked it partially for the pool. The breakfast had no meat options for protein and biscuits and gravy does not count, and we picked this hotel because of the included breakfast.
