Worst place we have ever...

Liked: This is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. The pool was literally covered in mold and closed. The room was supposed to have two tv’s and a couch. The room had one small tv and a disgusting couch that had one cushion turned over bc of a stain. There were empty picture books hanging on the wall and spider webs and dirt everywhere. We found an unmarked pill on the floor. To add to this fun, I had reached out days in advance for an early checkin. Never heard back from them. Showed up at 1:15 when checkin was at 3pm. Lady at the desk said no rooms were ready at 1 and the crew was going to lunch. I came back at 3 (normal checkin time) and the room was still not ready! Almost 30 mins later we got in and couldn’t believe we paid hundreds of dollars to stay here. Wow!

Good choice

Liked: Convenient location.

Just ok, nothing spectacular

Liked: Breakfast ok. No fresh fruit.
Disliked: Tiny bottles of conditioner and shampoo that were difficult to use, no bath gel, conditioner had to be obtained from front desk. Tiny bars of soap that were useless.

Very poor

Liked: Unlike most LaQuintas, the lobby didn't have coffee or water. Our room had too many cleaning issues to name but pucturesare attached. And we paid too much for it

Disappointing

Disliked: Late check in related to room not clean. Given room but room had not been cleaned. Second room offered but not with same beds. Pull out couch with not clean. No extra linen provided for the pull out.

Disliked: The elevator wasn’t working and had to take the stairs, the bed was so high, I had a hard time getting up in it
