Disliked: Not a good service lady in the counter has no people skil, refuse clean the room and Supply with toilet paper for this reason I left property

Disliked: Morning staff , no plates for breakfast both days coffee holders for coffee maker didn't fit.

It was very good after...

Liked: La Quinta West on Remcon was great! The receptionist was honest, helpful and very welcoming! What a difference from the La Quinta across the street onBartlett. Lost my money, my time there without getting a resolution to my complaint/situation there from hotel or you all either.

Liked: Room smelt like Lee smoke pee couches torn nasty carpet was not clean and whole facility carpet was made smelt like urine
