Do not stay

Liked: Rooms were dirty, bathroom lighting is dim and fixture was hanging from ceiling by wires. Housekeeping staff were rude. Desk Supervisor was great but though I would receive refund it never occurred.
Disliked: All. Pet friendly but no comfortable place to permit pets to relieve themselves. Dirty and bird droppings on all sidewalks

Liked: Location for traveling cross country
Disliked: I booked a suite thru Booking.com and you required payment before we reached the location with no refund allowed. We checked in at 6pm to learn that the suite was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We are in our 70s, had heavy bags and stairs are a problem for us. There was a King room available on the 1rst floor but the staff insisted we would have to cancel our booking with you (with no refund) and re-book/pay her. No help was offered with our bags. Once in the suite, we reported no hot water, she checked it and said "it's hot enough" and left it. It was barely warm. She was rude, refused to give her name or the owner's name (claimed to be the owner), which she was not!

I loved it and will...

Liked: Location and clean pool
Disliked: Electrical outlets worn out not able to charge phones and sink didn't work well.

Superb

Probably find a newer hotel...

Liked: Rates were great. Hotel needs updating. Room 119 had nunwrouis paint drippings (black) paint on the floor.
Disliked: Tv has lines on it gwtting ready to die, mucrowave could be an anttiquw it made a lot of noise also.

Poorly ran and maintained

Liked: Had to move rooms twice due to brown water, no hot water and no stopper in the tub. The third room wasn’t able to shut the door or able to get back into room without help. All three bathrooms the shower ran at the same time as trying to fill the tub. Will never stay at this chain again.
Disliked: See above answer.

Avoid this hotel at all...

Liked: Pets were allowed.
Disliked: The bathroom was in a state of disrepair. The tub drained so slow you had to take a quick shower or it would fill up. The shower floor was discolored. The paint on the bathroom door was peeling, the hinges were rusted and the bottom of the door was coming apart due to what appeared to be flooding. See attached photos.
