Wouldn’t be staying there again..
Liked: Honestly just the location
Disliked: When we first checked in around 3:30 pm which is after the allotted check in time we got switched to three different rooms the first one the deadbolt didn’t lock and didn’t have a privacy shade and the toilet didn’t flush which is the reason we got switched to the other two rooms well both of the other rooms were filthy beds were still used from the prior people. We ended up going to my families house and didn’t get an actual room until 8 pm once it was clean. Our room keys happened to get demagnetized three times finally on the third time another employee ended up giving us a whole new set of room keys.

I never got to stay,...
Liked: I am very upset at this time. Right now. I made this reservation on the 21st and I did not like anything about this hotel. I don’t have anything nice to say about this hotel.
Disliked: I got to the hotel property and it was a very bad place. Bad area. The lady that attended me. I asked her if the pool was in Serv. She said no. The pool would not be in service because they had it close because apparently it was very green and filthy. So she gave me room 221 and when I got to the room, it was even worse. Apparently someone was staying there or had stayed there, and the room was never cleaned. The sheets were nasty and filthy stained and yellow. All over. There were towels all over the floor. The toilet was full of poop. It was the most gross thing I’ve ever seen in my Life. I went back downstairs with the pictures in hand and I asked for a cancellation. She gave me a paper saying that I would be reimbursed three business days. This was Saturday 21st. Today is Thursday 26th until this time. I still have not received any reimbursement. I am very upset at this time because I am trying to communicate even booking.com and apparently they’re not receiving the reservation number as appropriate. I don’t know who to go to, but I need my money back. I am very upset, and I’m very angry at this moment. Very disappointed with Booking.com And with this hotel.

Liked: I had a bed to sleep after a long drive
Disliked: The area , water was brown, to much noise, to many wild cats running around. Swimming pool dirty

Liked: The rooms were clean, but small.
Disliked: Trash outside and everywhere, homeless people everywhere and rooms are located outside.

Good enough for the price
Liked: Location near there airport
Disliked: Front needs some landscaping to look more inviting. Dirty stairwells. It included breakfast which was not kept up. Cereal containers empty and 1 apple left in fruit bowl. We ended up going to denny's next door for breakfast.
