Disliked: Room was clean, but when we went to bed after a while we started itching and the next day we woke up with small little bumps on areas of our body. They were small little pimple looking. We packed up and left at 3am in the morning. We never had any issues staying there, in fact we loved staying because of the location and friendly staff. Not sure if they were flea bites or bed bugs bites, but if they were from a pet, I think the facility should designate a floor just for people that have pets.

Great location, breakfast and facilities

Liked: Great location for an overnight to Guadalupe Mountains National Park, since it is right off the highway. Really good breakfast, a lot of variety and seasoned. The hotel is also new and felt modern. The room was also large and comfortable.
Disliked: We couldn't figure out the A/C system. There was both a thermostat and a wall unit, but they didn't seem to connect to each other so we both woke up hot in the middle of the night. Also, we could hear people as they arrived through the night.
