Liked: How close it was to everything
Disliked: A window was broken on the exit door and it had what looked like a trash bag covering it. There was a plastic bag over the smoke alarm in the room. The room still had property from the previous guest. Water took about an hour to get hot.

Disliked: The receptionist treated customers very poorly. Upon my arrival, there was already an upset guest who had been given the wrong room. The receptionist refused to change it, claiming it was Booking's fault, even though the guest had the correct reservation. I overheard her talking to a colleague, saying that if more guests arrived with issues, they wouldn’t help them anymore.When it was my turn, I gave her my name, and she said she couldn't find my reservation. Without making any effort to assist me, she told me to contact Booking and resolve it myself. She didn’t even try to properly search for my reservation. I insisted that she check again or at least explain the issue, but she refused. I kept insisting until she finally found it.Additionally, the room was in very poor hygienic condition:The mattress and lamp had visible stains.There was no toilet paper, soap, or shampoo.The shower was dirty, with hair left in the tub.We didn't have any towels to bathe.Also, the property is difficult to access for people with mobility issues or heavy luggage.
