Liked: The room was filthy and there was no hot water for the entire time I was there! The room phone didn’t work and when I contacted their staff they said they would fix the issue and they never did! Do no stay at this property.

Exceptional

Ok stay

Liked: The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The rooms and buildings are outdated and in need of repairs. The room could have been cleaner. There is no maid service if you stay more than one night. The pool area was not clean.

Beer run to El Paso

Liked: Desi, the front desk reservation agent was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt.
Disliked: The shower spigot is falling apart. It leaks where it's not suppose to. The room can use an upgrade. We stayed here before 5 years ago and it was way better. It has now gone down the tubes.

Typical 2 star hotel you...

Liked: Room clean, pet friendly and place is quite.
Disliked: Checking in take soo long even i was there exactly 3pm. I requested for ground floor and saying not available rooms but i do see empty rooms updates are slow. Then keys sometimes stops working you have to walk your way back to the front desk to get it activated again. Only few breakfast options there is no waffles.

The bathroom door will not...

Disliked: New bathroom doors! Bathroom looks dirty. All doors are old, damaged and dirty. No tissue box. Phone is broken. The emergency door has a big hole—unsafe especially for kids—liability. So disappointed!

Liked: The room was okay.
Disliked: The pool not working, the breakfast kinda poorly, the halls where you get the ice it was dirty, kinda noisy.

I only used the hotel...

Liked: The staff was awesome, very friendly and accommodating. No issues in this department.
Disliked: Several factors:1. I did not like the room, I paid for a suit upgrade but it was pretty much the same as a regular room. 2. The floor was stained. I don't want to be responsible for this. 3. There were people smoking weed and meth around my room area, this woke me up at 2am, they didn't stop until around 4am. The awful smell woke me up. I didn't say anything, because I know how these situations can get. I'd rather lose sleep than to have to fight with people, or put someone's body in harms way. 4. The TV was not very functional or useful. There were only 5 channels to flip through, but the info was way off. Sometimes the TV would change on its own when something decent was on. I couldn't figure out how to use the TV or how the channels work. For example, the info on the channel said, "Friends", but playing was a random news segment. Same with all the other channels. If I wanted to go back to a previous channel, it would put something entirely random. I really regret not bringing my fire stick.
