Disliked: We booked here because it was the closest hotel available to the concert in Stillwater. We tried checking in early before heading to Stillwater, rooms weren’t available so we told them it would be late when we got back. We got back at 3am, doors were locked and no one was around. After ringing the door bell, calling and banging on the door for 40 minutes, the representative from corporate advised that we go to another hotel in okc, completely out of the way. We have yet to receive a confirmation of a refund or any kind of assistance from La Quinta or booking.com. We won’t attempt to use either in the future.

Decent, but not bad.

Liked: The cost was great. We also traveled with our small dog and were given a bigger room with wood floors. It was a nice surprise.
Disliked: It wasn’t dirty, but it didn’t seem very clean. The front desk workers were not very friendly. The pillows were terrible. They were half pillows which were not big enough to comfortably lay your head on.

Liked: Friendly and easy check in and out, well lit parking. The room was comfy and nice size, which made it easy to separate my mind by allowing me to study in the area like a living room setting (would suggest some lighting by the sofa), and then sleep in a room section. Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: I was looking forward to the pool or hot tub, however it was out of service. I then thought I would relax in a hot bath but there were no plugs for the tub so I could only take a shower.

We'll be back!

Liked: The location was convenient since we were there to watch my grandson play baseball at the University of Central Oklahoma! In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we had been there the weekend before and came back this weekend. The check-in and check-out process was easy and the breakfast was convenient.
