Liked: Room was clean bed comfortable
Disliked: This hotel was a major departure from my La Quinta hotel experience. Coming into the lobby, there were two large what appeared to be blood stains which remained overnight even after our comment to the front desk. We had this reservation made almost week in advance. Booking.com. When we arrived we were placed on the third floor. We were not informed that the elevator was out of order. We were offered a refund, but that was predicated on us being able to find another hotel. Because this is a resort area for gamblers all the hotels similar to yours or booked or we would’ve had to pay $365 a night for a room at the casino which they didn’t have at the time. So we carried our bags upstairs, noticing that the carpet throughout the hotel is stained some of which I need a picture. We wanted to relax and watch the news before we went to the casino. The TV controller had one channel and I’m familiar with the TV so it’s not like we didn’t know how to operate it so we just took a brief rest.(cartoon channel, Popeye) And then went to the casino. on a positive note. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean though dated.I WANT TO BE CLEAR, we were not told the elevator was out until we arrived. Had we been informed we would have made alternate plans either with you or another hotel. This lack of communication was unacceptable.The staff were nice but never at the counter. I travel a great deal, though we didn’t have our pets this trip, we love La Quinta and their pet policy.

Liked: The only that I like about the hotel is the sweet lady’s at the front desk. Very sweet and helpful and understanding!
Disliked: No ac in the room very outdated and didn’t work so room was hot. Had to get a box fan from front desk because no rooms available to change. Then the next day got stuck in the elevator and had a panic attack! So we said hell no n left. The sweet ladies at the front desk did refund us for the one night!!!
