Disliked: No room service, no service staff, person at desk did not help at all. No manager on duty all week end. Front desk clerks were not trained on room cleaning services. The notice posted on the bathroom mirror instructed us to remove the Do not Disturb sign if we wanted room service. We did this when we left for a long day. Returned hot, tired, & dirty, to a room that had not been cleaned. No fresh towels, no trash cans emptied, etc.

Disliked: Room for our pet was on the 3rd floor, so we had to travel on the elevator to get outside.

Liked: Staff was very nice and accommodating, breakfast was good, and perfect location to everything
Disliked: All good

It was fine- not great.

Liked: That it was pet friendly and location was ideal very close to town and the walking path across the street was great for having a dog
Disliked: There were no carrier carts to haul luggage and items took over 1.5 hours to haul everything in and out each time. Some staff were friendly others were not - the drapes were not even fully hanging on the windows and dangling part off
