Immaculate

Liked: Very clean, spacious room. Good lighting in the bathroom to put on makeup. Outlets on both sides of the bed to plug in electronics. Easy access to the Animus River Trail
Disliked: Broken hot tub, had to ask for hair dryer.

Ok hotel and rooms are...

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Housekeeping was almost nonexistent. Had to beg for towels and specifically asked for room to be made up, they didn’t do it. Unacceptable.

Bad

Disliked: We arrived at the property at 2:17p.m. There was no one at the desk. We waited, the clerks came out @ 2:28 and told us we would have to pay an additional $25.00 for early check in, check in is at 3. I asked if the fee could be waived, we have been traveling all day. It was a no. We sat in our car for 25 minutes til 3 to check in. I’ve stayed in many establishments over my 75 year, and never came across this treatment until your establishment The property was cleanThe location is goodWe expected a night’s sleep and received thatBut my welcome to your establishment will definitely make me think twice before booking again. It was not worth $229.00. BTW I’ve never written a poor review.

Over all good, good value...

Liked: Good breakfast that’s is included. Convenient location
Disliked: Dirty walls, doors are all dinged up, the pool was not clean and the jacuzzi was half full.
