Liked: Very comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Everything was clean and fresh. Everything worked and the shuttle service was great! Took us right to the concert and picked us up after it was over. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

No restaurants close by that I could see.

Liked: Rooms were generally comfortable and what one would expect. Breakfast area was nice.
Disliked: We arrived at 4p.m. after a long drive and were unable to check in because there were not rooms cleaned yet from the night before. Had to leave for an event without checking in and subsequently ended up checking in at 9:30 at night. Not cool.

Liked: I didn't stay at this hotel.
Disliked: I pulled up to this hotel at around 830pm the night I was supposed to check in. I was travelling to Little Rock with my 7 year old daughter for the eclipse. To my surprise, the hotel was closed for renovations.

Passable

Disliked: I didn't even get to stay. My reservation was cancelled at the last second due to the hotel being closed (for renovation or something). Thankfully I was able to book another hotel, nor was I charged...so it was a minor inconvenience. I had stayed at this place before, and it was fine, so I am willing to give it another shot in the future.

Disliked: A pipe burst in the hotel prior to mice day, and my hotel reservation was canceled without any advanced notice. I had to scramble to find an alternative hotel.

Disliked: the entire hotel was closed upon arrival.... we did not stay.... no proactive outreach regarding cancellation of our reservation.... person on the phone was rude.... person in lobby turned their back....literally.... on us when asking questions.... and refused to engage
