Exceptional Hotel & Staff

Liked: Staff is exceptionally nice, greeted us warmly. They are very professional & always respectful. We stay every year at this place, & honestly, look forward to our return trips!
Disliked: Nothing negative about this place!

Great spot for DJ practice...

Liked: They put us away from other rooms because it was Movement time in Detroit and my boyfriend is a DJ and wanted to practice. It was super cool of them. And the staff was amazingly cool!!
Disliked: The carpets in the hallway need a good cleaning, the elevator is super slow, and the walls in our room needed a cleaning and the counters had dust all over them. They need to get a better cleaning staff for sure. But all in all we enjoyed our stay!
