Disliked: No chair in the room and wouldn't get us one. Mattress was wet i thought it was just cold my husband was asleep so I slept at the foot of the bed and now the topper i found a bedbug and housekeeper confirmed. I took it to the front desk and he said I tell management it was in a kleenex he said throw it away i said you can. We check out about 15 min later and it was still there. Who knows where it went from there.
