La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Westminster Mall

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Large table to work/eat.
Disliked: Room reeked of stale smoke - did not know I got a "smoking room". Traffic outside was loud. Not enough plugs to accommodate all phones, computers, Ipads, electronics that need charging overnight.

Liked: The location was great but other then that there was nothing much more to appreciate
Disliked: All the people walking around at 3am the pool was filthy and had a film on the surface

Horrible - didn’t even stay

Liked: Nothing, this property had mold on the mattresses, the rooms were not clean. We didn’t end up staying here.
Disliked: Unclean. Mold on mattresses

Cleaning folks must have been...

Liked: We booked this room for a family get away weekend. When we arrived to check in to our room, we were told that the room was being cleaned at that time and if we didn't mind waiting. We said that was fine, But we also were checking in after 7 pm. We were given our room key and we went to our room. I always check our mattress to see if it is clean or bedding is clean, when checking this I noticed the mattress had black MOLD. That was a huge red flag to not sleep their. Also, when check the shower to see if it was clean, I saw a used bar of soap still in the shower. All in all this property was NOT satisfactory.

Disliked: Dirty, carpet was not vacuumed/clean. Bathroom floor was dirty and not swept.

Our stay was not good....

Liked: Convenient regarding location near our commitment.
Disliked: Property needs significant maintenance. Staff is really incompetent. Not service oriented nor customer friendly. We requested a functioning "clock radio" was told daily that when Maintenance came they would take care of it. No Show in the 3 nights we were there. We left after the third night and moved to the Quality just down the road. THEY WERE GREAT.

Liked: The lady at the front desk was really nice
Disliked: II was in room 312, and it smelled like urine. The room only had one small bar of soap, and the remote was broken because the batteries were dead. I couldn't watch TV, so after an hour, I decided to leave. The rooms need a serious update. The bed was very lumpy, and overall, the entire hotel needs renovations.
