Liked: Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Large table to work/eat.
Disliked: Room reeked of stale smoke - did not know I got a "smoking room". Traffic outside was loud. Not enough plugs to accommodate all phones, computers, Ipads, electronics that need charging overnight.

Cleaner rooms, fresh sheets, clean...

Disliked: Cleaner rooms, fresh sheets, clean rooms everyday, make sure remotes work, coffee to make in rooms,all lights work in rooms.My experience in room for 4 days. Everything was going fine until the toilet malfunctioned so it was backed up.I called front desk to get somebody to come and fix it and she said she could move me to another room. I did not want to go to another room because we already had all our stuff out of the suitcases so she said she could send maintenance up in 5 minutes while I waited 45 minutes and nobody showed up so I called the front desk and she said well I could move you to another room like I said I did not want to have to carry all my stuff to another room so she said she'd have it fixed. That was at 10:00. We left the room and were gone 7hrs, came back and the toilet was not fixed so I called the front desk and was very upset and the receptionist was very hateful and said I offered you two options. I said I know you offered me two options I chose for somebody to fix it well 7 hours later it's still not fixed so needless to say we had to move to the next room. The room she gave us the beds didn't have sheets on them, the remote didn't work for the TV couldn't turn the volume up or down and it did not turn off. Needless to say I was very upset he wanted to come and change the sheets at 11:00 and we were going to go to bed so I was not going to wait for them to come up and change the sheets because who knows how long it would take him for maintenance to come up so I chose to sleep on just the mattress cover. I was not very happy I will not be returning to your motel. I think I deserve at least one day refund on the one room.

Horrible!!!

I did not stay as...

Liked: Nothing. Walked into the room and immediately checked out. Bedding had stains, bathroom was not cleaned, there was a piece of a used feminie product on the toilet seat and the room smell d disgusting.

The hotel of the deceitment

Disliked: This has been one of my worst hotel stays Start off with the staff is rude The manager harassed this in the parking lot while we're trying to smoke a cigarette in the car even though the car was registered to the hotel. My bathtub was black. We didn't have no towels we had to go get toilet paper from the front desk this is all the first day we checked in. there's a bug crawling on the wall. The window looked like somebody broke into it and there's something over the smoke detector that wasn't even hooked up in our room I went to tell the staff and he is like okay I'll do better next time breakfast is horrible The juice is watery the cream was frozen look like cottage cheese and the eggs was still cold in the middle The bread don't fit into the toaster and for the price that we paid for the room I was not happy Not at all.

Probably wouldn’t stay there again,...

Liked: The property was in a decent location about 15-20 minutes from everything. Not the best, not the worst. The bed was actually very comfortable and, once they fixed it, the AC was great (it was broken when we first arrived).
Disliked: The room was dirty when we arrived. Hair in the shower, staining on the bed, and lots of trash on the outskirts.The breakfast was so bad we didn’t go after the first day of our trip and it was right next to the highway so it was very loud. We had asked for a rollaway bed but never received and the front desk ladies were arguing when we arrived so we didn’t re-ask.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Rooms weren’t clean. Hair in bathrooms. Chewed gum on bathroom floor (not ours!). Only 2 towels provided for a room of 4. Pool was FILTHY & could not be used. Our room had a microwave, but no fridge, no coffee machine, not even a cup for a drink of water!! Roads were covered in huge potholes. 1 of our rooms stunk of smoke, and as non-smokers, that was revolting. Expensive given condition & non-usable amenities.
