Liked: Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Large table to work/eat.
Disliked: Room reeked of stale smoke - did not know I got a "smoking room". Traffic outside was loud. Not enough plugs to accommodate all phones, computers, Ipads, electronics that need charging overnight.

Horrible Stay

Liked: Grounds were filthy. All garbage bins over full garbage on the ground. Dumpster in the rear so full bags of garbage on the ground. Sticky cement spills everywhere. Cigarette butts on ground and in windowsills. Horribly dirty. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Saw morning desk agent rude and dismissive with all 3 guests in front of me and very rude and dismissive of my issues. Wouldnt give me a name or managements number. Horrible experience all around. Would not stay again. Pool isnt open and full of water and garbage. Smells bad and looks horrible.

My stay was not a...

Disliked: Upon arriving the manager was talking to the housekeeper and was having her go make sure a room was cleaned. When I finally got into my room I noticed that the floor didnt look like it was vacuumed, the bathroom area wasn’t swept and I found feces on the wall, the floor and the trim of the bathroom door. The floor by and around the bed had dog food, dog hair and staples on the carpet. I stepped on like 5 staples. The bed didn’t seem like it was made right like it was only made with sheets and that the bedding wasn’t changed. When leaving the hotel my ride was late so the guy at the front desk said that it would be ok to leave some of my belongings in the room until my ride got there. I was sitting outside waiting when the manager was walking by she stopped and asked me what I was doing, I told her that I was waiting for my ride she proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t have me waiting on the property because it would make it look like they allowed homeless people to hang around. I told her well you can obviously tell I’m not homeless and she said well u do look like u are and I need you to go wait in the street. My ride had arrived and I went to turn my keys in and she barley said a word just asked me for my id and then handed me the $100 and didn’t even say thanks or anything.

Don’t stay here

Liked: This place is filthy. They rented us a room that had not been fully cleaned from the prior people that stayed in it. I called the desk and the person did not care. I asked for someone to finish cleaning the room and she said no. I asked for a new room and she said they were sold out. I asked for a refund as we would not stay there and she said to contact booking.com. When we took the keys back to desk while leaving there was someone checking in to the sold out hotel so that was a lie too. The elevator smelled like urine.
Disliked: The advertising for this property is not even close to the condition of the place. It’s is on poor shape and need of cleaning and remodeling.
