Liked: Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Large table to work/eat.
Disliked: Room reeked of stale smoke - did not know I got a "smoking room". Traffic outside was loud. Not enough plugs to accommodate all phones, computers, Ipads, electronics that need charging overnight.

Liked: The new guy at the desk was trying really hard to be helpful and accommodate me however he could.
Disliked: I checked in and found the TV not coming on. Went to the desk to ask for batteries for remote and was told there are none. Was told I have to wait for maintenancein the morning. Asked to be moved to room with a TV and was told I would have to pay $40 more to move because they only had an upgraded room available. I explained that I had already paid $85 for a room that was supposed to have a TV that worked. The supervisor said that's my only option so I told him now I have to get my things and go somewhere else? He said sorry. I left and went to the Drury and paid another $120 and had a room with much better comfort and much more Profesional staff and a working TV. The juice machine in the kitchen wasn't out of order either.
