La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Westminster Mall

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Large table to work/eat.
Disliked: Room reeked of stale smoke - did not know I got a "smoking room". Traffic outside was loud. Not enough plugs to accommodate all phones, computers, Ipads, electronics that need charging overnight.

Disliked: The pool was dirty the room smelled bad didn't look clean at all as we could not find the remote to the TV found it behind the dresser when we moved it out there was so much trash behind it did not look like anything they show on the website

Disliked: Had to change rooms 3×1st room had blood on the wall and urine on the toilet, dirty countertops floor was filthy

Probably wouldn’t stay there again,...

Liked: The property was in a decent location about 15-20 minutes from everything. Not the best, not the worst. The bed was actually very comfortable and, once they fixed it, the AC was great (it was broken when we first arrived).
Disliked: The room was dirty when we arrived. Hair in the shower, staining on the bed, and lots of trash on the outskirts.The breakfast was so bad we didn’t go after the first day of our trip and it was right next to the highway so it was very loud. We had asked for a rollaway bed but never received and the front desk ladies were arguing when we arrived so we didn’t re-ask.

Disliked: Rooms weren’t clean. Hair in bathrooms. Chewed gum on bathroom floor (not ours!). Only 2 towels provided for a room of 4. Pool was FILTHY & could not be used. Our room had a microwave, but no fridge, no coffee machine, not even a cup for a drink of water!! Roads were covered in huge potholes. 1 of our rooms stunk of smoke, and as non-smokers, that was revolting. Expensive given condition & non-usable amenities.

Never Again

Liked: That it was located in a very convenient spot. A lot of ships and eateries.
Disliked: When we got to our room on the 3rd floor there was no room number on the wall. We walked in and it smelled like smoke, the smoke detector was taken off the wall and wrapped with plastic, the bathroom door had a fist size hole in it, the bath tub was dirty and the room still had a condom on the floor from the previous people. When we called the front desk and reported it the maintenance man only repaired the fite alarm. We were already so tired with travel we just left it. It wasn't till the next day we got a call from the manager stating we were making to much noise. Mind you we had written our accomodations through the app about our youngest being autism. Meaning she vocal stim and jump stim. The manager starts yelling at me to control my daughter better and that it's not an excuse when I explained to her we asked for accommodations she stated if we were not going to listen we needed to leave. I have contacted their corporate office as well.

Liked: Nothing! It was awful. We had to stay due to an app glitch
Disliked: Everything. It was dirty. Floor not vacuumed. Bed mad with dirty sheets, crap still in toilet. Homeless folks everywhere with trash strewn everywhere. They were drinking at the pool and didn’t have a room. Vagrants actively using drugs openly without a care in the world. The staff didn’t give two sh1ts.

Disliked: The bathroom was kind of dirty the bathtub was stained brown, and there were some stains on the carpet
