La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Southwest Lakewood

Friendly greeting at check in. Also very helpful getting a shuttle to our concert. Room was spacious and very clean. Follow up phone call to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was adequate.

Liked: The price & the fruit loops for breakfast. The room was really decent sized.
Disliked: It was dirty and not well maintained. The whole first floor smelt like cat pee. Our bed had a hole from a cigarette in it.

Liked: The staff at the front desk tried to be as helpful as possible.
Disliked: The internet was down during my entire stay. I couldn’t do my meetings or course work that I needed.

Superb

Liked: Breakfast was good for continental style.
Disliked: Ended kind of early, nice to sleep in a bit on vacation, especially after a concert night

Great stop on the south...

Liked: The property was well kept, clean and convenient. The staff, especially Regina, were wonderful.
Disliked: Had a problem with the toilet before checkout and notified the front desk. Had to use the lobby toilet

Disappointing

Liked: location of hotel.
Disliked: security of the hotel. The back door entrance is broken, brought to the attention of the staff and nothing was done about it. People can enter the building after hours without a hotel room key. strangers hanging out in the back hotel parking lot all throughout the day, cutting hair on the lawn, smoking weed.

Disliked: Breakfast was skimpy. Choices included bagels, toast, waffles, all carbs. We were expecting at least scrambled eggs for the price of the room.

Liked: The staff was friendly, and the room was spacious. I had a show to attend at red rock and the was only 15mins away .
Disliked: Breakfast finished a bit too early (9am) when you’re on holidays you want to enjoy a sleep in
