La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Southwest Lakewood

Friendly greeting at check in. Also very helpful getting a shuttle to our concert. Room was spacious and very clean. Follow up phone call to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was adequate.

Disliked: The room was not really clean. I found dirty spots on the desk, and the carpet had a lot of stains like it had not been clean.

Disliked: Our room was not cleaned well and had some stuff from previous people, especially in the bathroom. The keys would stop working 3-4 times a day and we would have to get new ones which was annoying to do, especially with kids. The fitness rooms ac is broken and was hot in there and there’s no window to open.

Highly Unsanitary

Disliked: The room was highly unsanitary and smelled strongly of cat urine. There were disturbing stains all over the floor and the tub did not drain. The lock was hanging off and my trailer was stolen off of my vehicle which was then hit. Conveniently enough their cameras did not work in the area I was parked… sketchy.

Liked: The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. I decided to stay in the area an extra night before driving home to Virginia. It was reasonably priced and had everything I needed. Thank you!
Disliked: The elevator was slow.
