Liked: Checking out. I liked checking out and leaving.
Disliked: The lamp electrical cord was spliced together and electrical taped. The bed was full of hair in the sheets. There was blood on the ceiling. Smelled like human pee. Very sketchy. -10/10.

Bad

Disliked: I usually do not leave bad reviews ever but this hotel is terrible. The lobby reeked of covered up cigarettes, the sheets had hair in them and black marks from who knows what. There were cigarette butts everywhere outside and I am pretty sure most people staying there lived there permanently. My son and I did not feel safe whatsoever so we immediately booked another hotel and left. I did not ask for a refund because I was scared to let anyone know the room was empty so anyone could break in and steal the tv. I’m super disappointed because I have had great experiences at other La Quinta hotels but this one was obviously in a really bad part of town.

Loved the place and location

Liked: Nice filled me. Clean dining area. Ask for 1st floor as me & girlfriend were both handycap, they made sure we were taking care of.
Disliked: Homeless hanging around using the ice.

Love the stay

Liked: I love the location of this property. I always choose to stay here when I’m in town for nursing work. The staff is respectful.
Disliked: I was booked into a room where Maintenance was still working, so I thought it was some homeless guys living in there. told front desk and management went right out to fix the problem and gave me a new room.

Superb

Liked: the room and pool
Disliked: there was just one rude staff member but everyone else was great!:) and our sink had a crack in it and would leak

Disliked: our room smells like someone smoked two packs of cigarettes in it right before we got there

All in all, the room...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The 2 staff members I met were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The facility could be kept cleaner. There was dog poop in the grass. I feel that "maybe" this could be prevented by providing doggy poop bags. When I checked the pool, it was dirty, but it appeared to have been cleaned by the next day. The breakfast was the bare minimum to qualify as breakfast and not very good. The ice maker was broken. Some of the people staying there appeared to be more "residents" than lodgers. I did not appreciate finding out upon check in that there was a 100.00 deposit which would be returned (in 2 weeks) if the room was in good shape on check out. This should have been disclosed when the room was booked.

Liked: Location was very convenient. Clean rooms.
Disliked: The breakfast menu was very basic and little breakfast area space.
