La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Golden

For comparable hotels in the area, the rates were very good, parking is good and our room was clean. This is not a 5 star hotel, but if you need a nice place to sleep that won't require a loan application - this is it.

Liked: Nicely redecorated rooms; clean and affordable.
Disliked: Air conditioner did not work - just blew lukewarm air.

Disliked: I didn't like anything about the hotel. Especially after they charged me $475 for setting off a smoke alarm. I dont smoke anything and It never even went off, and nobody ever even came to look at it. Nobody ever called the hotel phone, tried to get a hold of me or even talked to me about it, they just charged my card 475. Dollars, and let me know about it at checkout, which in turn left me stranded for days.

Disliked: There was bugs all over the rooms. The lock on the first room we had the lock was broken. The second room the lock was lose and the ac wasn’t working. The third room( the room w stayed in) the lock was also lose so we bought an extra safety bar.

Liked: The cheap prices, than they turned around and charged me 400 for a smoking fee when I am not a smoking and have been trying to fight the case ever since. It’s so cheap because they charge you for stupid things
