For comparable hotels in the area, the rates were very good, parking is good and our room was clean. This is not a 5 star hotel, but if you need a nice place to sleep that won't require a loan application - this is it.
Liked: Nicely redecorated rooms; clean and affordable.
Disliked: Air conditioner did not work - just blew lukewarm air.

Overall disappointing stay. Will not...
Liked: Location was good for the wedding we were attending
Disliked: Overall feeling of property neglect. Basket for used pool towels was overflowing for 2 days. Lobby restroom was dirty. Garbage cans throughout property were overflowing. Power to hotel was lost for 6 hours Saturday night. No attempt to make anything comfortable and front desk indifferent to the point of being rude. We were refunded $25 but there was just no attempt to offer any explanation or extend any hospitality.

Liked: The one bright spot was the front desk person at the Desk on Saturday night when the power went out. She went out of her way to get me a reservation at the LaQuinta at the Airport. She was awesome!
Disliked: Holly at the Front Desk was candidly, horrible. When I arrived there was a sign at the desk indicating she would be back shortly as she was helping another guest. I heard chatting and started to say "hello" to let her know someone was at the Desk waiting. When she came to the lobby, she rudely said "Didn't you read the sign?" Really??? She might have said something like "Thank you for waiting-I'm sorry but I needed to help another guest." Really a poor representation. And you couldn't help it but the power outage Saturday night was horrible. Again the desk agent was WONDERFUL in a difficult situation. And windows were filthy in my room, 320. Lighting around the property wasn't that great and I didn't feel safe at night. And on Friday morning the cops were there investigating a car-not sure what was going on. So overall, not a good experience. The LaQuinta at the airport was awesome. Less expensive too. I realize there was high demand but a bit much for the type of hotel this property is. I worked in hotels for 30+ years so I am aware of the challenges in the industry and try to give the benefit of the doubt.

Liked: No. Breakfast could have been better, mattress was a little lumpy.
