Horrible
Liked: Bed
Disliked: I was double charged once by the 3rd party $154.18 booking.com then again directly at the hotel. They said it was for incidentals but never provided an invoice for the $133.20 $50 + $83.20. Staff not helpful in trying to resolve this issue

Room not available despite confirmation!
Liked: Clean
Disliked: The room I booked wasn’t available. We were travelling as a family and needed the family room. This was confirmed. But when we showed up at the property, we did not have the sofa bed we were promised. Staff was not helpful and told me to call booking to solve the issue. Customer service kept me on the phone for a long time, only to tell me to call booking as well. I’m currently in the lobby trying to get a bed for my fifth family member! Help!

Simply awful!
Liked: Staff was rude, the key card did not work and it took four times back to the desk before it finally worked - after many tries on the fourth time. I was just told that’s the way it is. There were literally numerous holes in my sheets on the bed. It was my worst hotel experience ever!

Liked: Spacious rooms and really good shower
Disliked: The buffet breakfast was cheap but acceptable, although did not like the use of Plastic knifes forks spoons etc with paper plates
