Great for ur money

Disliked: The tv wouldn’t work, I tried to get extra pillows or blankets but never received them.

Liked: It was close to the airport and conference I was attending for work, they also have a shuttle service to and from the airport which made getting to the hotel and back to the airport very efficient and easy. They also had all day tea, coffee and water available.
Disliked: The pool didn't work and was out of order which was one of the primary reasons I booked this hotel, I wanted to relax in the pool after work. I was really disappointed by this.The shower in my room never had hot water it was warm at best. It was not enjoyable to get ready for work each morning with the shower being cold each day, its like it could never produce enough hot water for all guests or they just had the temperature dialed way back, it was not enjoyable.The elevator was out of order the entire time I was there, the only working elevator was on the other side of the hotel, I ended up taking my suitcase and bags up and down the stairs instead. The breakfast was one of the most basic and optionless breakfast of any hotel I've stayed at (and I travel for work a lot) - basic scrambled eggs and sausage patties each day. The only other option was Bagels and Toast.The side access doors on the hotel have a card reader to be opened by guests, well, it too wasn't working so people ended up leaving the door propped open with a rock which is not really great from a security standpoint. Finally the card reader on my room door was extremely temperamental sometimes I'd need to swipe the card 6 or 7 times before the door would unlock and open.Overall this hotel needs some serious maintenance and TLC it would have been nice if they would have made arrayments with a nearby property for guests to use their pool while theirs was out of order or something to make up for it, but when I called the front desk and ask they told me nothing they can do about it.

Disliked: Mattress are really uncomfortable, is time to change them. Breakfast hours, at least until 10:00 am during weekdays, very poor offering, no cold cuts, cheese, more fruits, pastries, potatoes or vegetables.
