Disliked: I didn't get the room I paid for in advance . The property did nothing to fix the situation. "If you're not here at 3 pm. during check-in, "we give it to the ones here during check-in."There's no assigned rooms." If there's no assigned room, why are there options when booking your stay. It was a terrible situation. Pay more for a smaller room. Another guest was complaining about how filthy his room was.

Disliked: Awful Experience – Hotel and Booking.com Both FailedThis was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. When I arrived, I realized the original room I booked was incredibly small, so I paid to upgrade. After just one night, I knew I couldn’t stay any longer due to the terrible conditions: the room and common areas were dirty, the bathroom was outdated and not properly cleaned, and the entire building smelled like cigarettes and mildew. I have allergies and ended up having to check out five days early and see a doctor.The pool was shut down, breakfast was terrible (stale, limited options, and poor quality), and only one very slow elevator was working.The experience with Booking.com was just as frustrating. I called multiple times to try to cancel and spent hours on hold speaking with different agents. Each time, I was told they couldn’t reach the hotel or didn’t have updated contact information. However, when I called during check-in to ask about upgrading my room, Booking was somehow able to contact the hotel using the number I provided. Apparently, they could reach the hotel when it was convenient for them—not when it was about helping the customer.After all the back and forth, I was eventually told by hotel staff to dispute the charge with my bank, as that was the only way to resolve the issue. Completely unacceptable.Avoid both this hotel and Booking.com unless you want to waste your time, money, and energy.

Liked: I did not like anything about it the staff was very rude and disrespectful.
Disliked: I checked in, and not even two minutes later, the staff at the front desk made a comment I did not like so I checked out on the spot. I didn't even go up to see the room. but very very rude and disrespectful. I will never recomend that hotel don't wasting your time and money
