Liked: Good location
Disliked: Needed improvements, noticed sheetrock damage on walls and ceiling. The bathroom door would not close. Bug in bathroom.

Liked: Easy check-in, friendly, helpful staff. Clean room, spacious and comfy
Disliked: There were some areas in the room (walls and baseboards) that needed attention.

Third time is NOT a...
Liked: The location was fine as this was my third stay.
Disliked: Ok 3rd time staying here was NOT a Charm. 1) Non Smoking facility, but my room smelled of rotten horrible smoke

Disliked: If someone pays online and once you arrive they want another 100 as a deposit then that should be stated online when you book your room it was such a a inconvenience because I'm in Florida and I booked it for my ex wife for my son's school testing so they didn't have to drive back to Florence and then they wanted cash or a card why the hell didn't I know this in advance she didn't have that kind of cash or I wouldn't have had to book the room for them

It was good and still...
Liked: . Overall we felt safe and room was decent.
Disliked: My sheets had makeup stains and my Tilley seat was dirty. We asked for extra wash clothes and only received towels

Room was not good!
Liked: Not much
Disliked: When i went into room my bedding was dirty, the jacuzzi tub was not in great shape, the walls were patched and had several cracks, the bed made a popping noise every time we moved, the next morning they came in our room and fixed the bed because apparently all the beds in the hotel were missing the center of the metal platform bed frame which was causing the popping noise. When I went to the desk when I first got in my room and requested a different room she said she had no other jacuzzi rooms and it was just an older room. She acted like it was an issue to change bedding. I will not stay here again.

Superb
Liked: Location is great . Staff goes out of their way to make sure stay is comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast needs more options. Need more options. Yogurt, waffles and dry cereal is bare minimum for charged breakfast!

It was ok
Liked: It was quiet
Disliked: I couldn’t stand the bed it was on some kind of metal box that made noise every time you moved. For the price we paid I was expecting the room to be a lot nicer than it was.
