Superb

Liked: Yummy breakfast, beds were comfortable, staff were accommodating, ample lit parking, 24 hr service, and excellently priced!
Disliked: Hallways smelled musty. Maybe just need a little fresh air.

Liked: Good location. Ample parking. Spacious rooms. Good free breakfast
Disliked: Our room showed some obvious wear and tear. Patches in walls, scuffed furniture. On a previous stay, the room was in much better condition

Acceptable but not amazing

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the water in the lobby.
Disliked: My room wasn't super clean. The floor was dirty enough to mark my feet and socks after showering and changing in the morning. I could clearly hear normal level conversations in the room next to me and in the hall.

Overall the price was fair...

Liked: The location is great especially for visiting the downtown Davis area.
Disliked: The room was outdated especially the bathroom. The carpet was dirty by the look of my white socks. The place is small with a minimal breakfast selection.
