Overall the price was fair...

Liked: The location is great especially for visiting the downtown Davis area.
Disliked: The room was outdated especially the bathroom. The carpet was dirty by the look of my white socks. The place is small with a minimal breakfast selection.

Fine, but the hotel seems...

Liked: Room 304 was very nice. TV worked great. Mattress a bit tired. Housekeeping excellent
Disliked: I think there should be a safe for passports, jewelry, etc. Breakfast was sub par - scrambled eggs one or 2 of our 4 days, instead of just hard-boiled eggs would've been nice.
