I don't think we will choose La Quinta Inn when we travel. It simply didn't meet our expectations.

Liked: The receptionist Troy was very cordial and hospitable. He showed a lot of concern for a good stay.
Disliked: Unfortunately we were not satisfied. The room across had a pet and was noisy in the evening. There were a lot of noise from guests late at night. We wanted to move but it was too late and it was only a one night stay.

Was pleasantly surprised with my stay.

Liked: Compared to hotels in the area of this price range, definitely one of the better hotels. Workout room had a treadmill, two diff bikes and an elliptical machine.
Disliked: Breakfast area a little small, wish there was a mini fridge in the room.

Disappointing

Liked: Pleasant people at check-in and checkout.
Disliked: No security .. door to parking lot did not close or lock .. rug not vacuumed.. missing blanket.. empty toiletries ... No chair in King room

Will search out other hotels...

Disliked: Standard creamers, Half and Half, rather than sweetened and flavored creamers. Elevator floors, hallway carpeting dirty…. urine around base of toilet, outdoor/building needs updating and maintenance….

Liked: Location, cleaning staff was incredibly kind
Disliked: Front desk lady made us feel like we were bothering her every time we spoke with her, overall cleanliness is poor, hot breakfast but choices were poor and the breakfast area felt dirty.

Exceptional

Liked: Very impressed with the staff on check in as they were dealing with another patron on the phone. He provided information that a situation would be addresses in a polite and professional manner.

The stay would have been...

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The room was big.
Disliked: Food left in the microwave smelled up the room. The bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned. The soap dish in the shower was full of soap scum. There was only complimentary shampoo left on a dirty plate. On checkout, the staff was rude because I rang the bell for her.

Liked: The facilities are good and the staff is great. It is close to stores and restaurants
Disliked: The place is ok. I have no complaints

Bad

Liked: The rooms were nice and clean overall it was okay
Disliked: I didn't like the manager thought she was very rude didn't have the time to listen to what I had to say
