It was ok.

Liked: Breakfast was fine and location was good. Liked the all day coffee. The pool was clean.
Disliked: I booked a deluxe king which shows that it comes with a kitchenette. When I arrive there was no kitchenette. I was told the pictures were incorrect and management is changing them online. I just don’t understand why they wouldn’t say that before checking you in. I booked another two night but changed to the premium room so I could get the kitchenette. Well the burner didn’t work and there were no utensils at all. No plates, cups , pots , pans. I was told I had to provide those things myself. Again why wasn’t I told this during booking. Also none of the housekeepers speak English so they have no idea what you’re asking for. I waited for over an hour to get a plunger after calling front desk. I asked the housekeeping staff several times before realizing they have no idea what I’m asking for. Also my daughter is 16 has never clogged a toilet only used the bathroom once. It very hard to believe that the toilet was not broken before we were placed in that room as after I tried to unclog it nothing came out & it still would not flush. I find it hard to believe there wasn’t already a maintenance request for that issue by another guest. The housekeepers were kind. Lastly the older maintenance guy asked my 16 year old daughter for her phone number several times. The hotel is t expensive but my goodness that was ALOT!

Liked: Bed was decent, Room large. Hot coffee usual breakfast.
Disliked: Pool was locked up. Said the dm. Had the key and they could not get to the key. Second floor smelled of weed. Pretty sure we were in the hood. Room falling apart at ceiling, shower not much pressure, under bed dirty as can be. Bathroom toilet dirty, where lid screws on top. Heard loud bang like gun shot scared me. Still not sure what it was. People loud in halls and rooms. Maids dont speak english.
