Liked: Our room was spacious, clean and provided with nice furnishings - 3 comfortable chairs. It was also very quiet.The entrance lobby is attractive.
Disliked: Mattress and bed linens were rather tired and worn.The elevator was slow and seemed to be in need of maintenance.The toilet design was unpleasant - water in bowl is very high such that a user might find anatomical parts taking a dip.

Liked: One elevator out of order. Both elevators had been vandalized. Room was fine. Toliet way to low to floor, even for my short wife. Air conditioner noisy, though it cooled the room.

Liked: Very old. Finish peeling off in tub, worn door to bathroom with large scrapes and hole. Floor trim etc

Amazing Customer Service!

Liked: The staff was amazing and had the best customer service. The room was great and the AC was just right. Definitely will book here again.
Disliked: The bed was a little too firm for my taste. That is just a preferential thing, though, not really a negative.
