Superb

Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly
Disliked: Missed fruits at breakfast like apples .

Simple and to the point.

Liked: Noise does not carry very far and the air conditioner kept the room nice and cool. I enjoyed the simplicity. I had some of the best sleep on those comfortable beds.
Disliked: could have been just a tad bit cleaner found a old sauce container under the gap between the a/c unit and the floor. also the cards that the hotel use had the tendency to fail requiring me to go to the front and remagnetize the room cards to get back in my room.

Stay was horrible

Liked: We did not enjoy the stay. The breakfast wasn't good. There was sketchy people everywhere. It wasn't that clean. It was a empty roach egg in our bathroom. Cockroaches in the elevator and on the 1st floor it smelled like urine.
Disliked: Nothing

Good

We were very comfy

Liked: The room was clean and comfy. Pet friendliness was a must for our two dogs. Was walking distance from a plaza which had many food choices, coffee and a Trader Joes. A short ride to down town.
Disliked: Had a homeless person sleeping behind the dumpster, but he was harmless. Could hear some traffic if you stood by the windows.

Will not be a preffered...

Liked: The location and breakfast was satisfactory...
Disliked: Cleanining issues and the non solved problems regardingthis were so upsetting. The reception staff gave me a tel number and name of manager to me to tell my complaints; instead of passing my contact details to her/him to apologize...

Liked: Friendly staff in the reception. It was good for the money paid. Just on the highway but quite in the room.
Disliked: In need of an update.

First time here

Liked: Very clean, check in was fast.
Disliked: Very noisy due to traffic, although they provided ear plugs. Water was not very warm and got cold suddenly several times during shower. We ordered room service for food and was brought the wrong salad. When checking out the clerk wasn't at the desk for a while, we didn't know you can check out online
