La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas Mesquite

Desk clerk had to be awoken that night and was late for work next morning; no coffee in room and no bottled water; no one available to give us any; will not stay here again.

Liked: Room was OK.

Liked: It’s in a great spot fast food was a walking distance and Walmart was across the street. Good price for the stay. No noise or interruptions.
Disliked: The doors in the room were damaged and door didn’t completely close at the bottom. A few crumbs were on bed during arrival.

Disliked: The bed mattress was hard i couldn’t sleep at all and the big lamp didn’t work, door knob go to the bathroom was hanging with no screws in it and the smell from another room coming in to our vent smells like weed.

Liked: When we arrive, I tryed to drink water from the water dispenser but red signal filter was there and I told to the staff that please, change the filter; and after 4 days, nobody replace it so I needed to buy water.Also all the floor was wet when you put the air conditioner at 75ºC and the staff told as that it must be at maximum of this 70ºC for this room...As we stay with a dog, we normally don't use the housekeeping and 1 day we said to the staff that we were going outsite with the dog for 2 hours and please, make the room on that timming (after 3 days without housekeeping) and the staff said yo us that ok, no problem. When we arrive there, the room was dirty.In addition, you can see on the phothos that you have pool, jacuzzy and gym. The jacuzzy was broken and it wasn't gym but the price didn't change nothing.And the last thing, one day, on the breakfast, the mil was horrible, like if you leave the milk outsite the fridge for 2 days or something like that (the other days was good), but I can't understand how a chef can bring this kind of food, he/she must tried first or unless smell it before than serve it!!!You are lucky that I stayed in another La Quinta Inn before, because If not, I would never visit another La Quinta Inn in my life.
