Desk clerk had to be awoken that night and was late for work next morning; no coffee in room and no bottled water; no one available to give us any; will not stay here again.

Disliked: Well what I was most disappointed at was that when I called 2 days before I came to the hotel to see if the pool was open and ready to go, because my kid was super excited about swimming, upon arrival I was told that the pool was dirty and cannot swim, my kid was very disappointed. The only reason I came to this hotel was that it was near my family home, and y'all had an indoor pool, I am actually reconsidering about my Wyndham membership, the last 3 times I have went to a Hotel by Wyndham they lied about their pools being up and going, and when I arrive at the facility the pools are close.
