What a nightmare if I...

Disliked: When we arrived, they had to switch us rooms several times because there was mold in several rooms on the third floor, very visible on the ceiling on the air-conditioning units. Once they got settled, they lied to me and told me that they would have some sort of compensation for me since it took them two hours to actually get us a room due to the mold that never happened the next morning. They told me that the manager was out of the country so there was nothing they could do The entire stay no housekeeper came to clean the room. No one came to give us fresh towels every time I would come to the desk, they would avoid eye contact with me because they knew that they were wrong for not compensating for the two hour. Wait I had to indoor Because there was mold on the ceilings. They are very good at hiding what is really going on there when you first walk in to smell so fresh and clean and it looks good but when you look a little deeper what they are doing is painting over mold I do not recommend staying at this facility And I will never stay there again. I didn’t want to argue with them so I just let it go, but I did not appreciate the rudeness that I experienced during my stay. if you’re looking for a clean place to stay, this is not it. I should’ve followed the reviews but honestly, I thought I would have to bring my dog and that was why I chose that place, but I did not expect to not get cleaning services or towels or be treated badly because I found mold in their establishment.
