Not worth my money.

Liked: Nothing,
Disliked: the pool was dirty, there was cats in it.. disgustingthe ac in the rooms were not working, very humid & hot, other guests also complained and nothing was done to resolve the issue.

I Would not stay here...

Liked: The Property was easy to get to from downtown.
Disliked: Our sheets always felt damp, there was blood on the bathroom walls, there was someone else’s hair in the corner of the tub. When pulling back the sheets I found hairs in the clean covers. The room across from us had a broken door with a huge gap and they were still putting people in the room.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: Customer service was awful. No, hello, or thank u you for staying! The rooms were small and the ac didn't work well. The ice machine was broke and the breakfast was not good.

Bad

Liked: I called on the phone. I was talked to badly. I didn't get my room. I was told to go somewhere else. I did not get a chance to stay. All sad faces for everything. Can I be accommodated.
Disliked: Customer service

Comfortable stay for the price...

Liked: Clean over all . You walked in and smelled the cleaning products. The young lady at the desk was super polite and helpful. The room was super affordable and accommodated my pet.
Disliked: The room had a damp feeling to it. The towels were used .. BUT CLEANED. They did still have stains however but I can tell they had been washed.

Terrible stay. Will never come...

Disliked: Dirty, roaches, hot, nothing worked, terrible internet and location. Staff was unhelpful. Do not book here. We left after less than 2 hours of no resolution, 2 rooms later and told to wait out the air conditioner to work. My kids were literally sweating in the room! The entire hotel smelled of marijuana and there were unpleasant people all around the entrances. Our bathtub had a literal hole in it and mold! What a waste of time and money. If i could get my money and deposit back, I would find a way to. After 6 hours of driving, we should have known this was going to be a bad stay when the front desk receptionist demanded a 100 dollar deposit in cash but had no ATM onsite.

Liked: Hot breakfast. Good quality. Spacious room. Felt safe.
Disliked: Dirty pool. Housekeeping did not speak or understand English. Dirty floors in room.
