Exceptional

Not La Quinta's Finest

Liked: By the time we finally found this property, we were exhausted, hungry and frazzled, so things that annoyed us were magnified. The property is in a business area, with not much around it open for eating since we arrived after 9pm. The room smelled odd, like air freshener and cigarettes, and I think the decor was left over from the 1970's. Our TV had a turquoise remote! Beds were comfortable enough but the pillows were lacking, so I asked for more; but there were none to be had. The room was quiet, and it was easy to get back on the freeway the next morning. We didn't bother with the breakfast. We just wanted out of Dallas.

Liked: The bed was comfy
Disliked: The fridge was not that cold. The breakfast was alright, the waffle batter was pretty watered down a couple days. Staff wasn’t very accommodating since I didn’t book my room with them directly. The TV didn’t have proper remotes.

Disliked: The air did not work so it was very hot. Woke up, soaked in sweat.

Liked: I like the location as it was right off the highway.
Disliked: The floor we were on smelled like marijuana, it was so damp in the room that my clothing felt wet, the carpet was wet and sticky, and the people above us were so loud until 1am both nights!
