Liked: Check-in and hotel was great.
Disliked: At one of the counters at the check out there was a sign-up paper for a shuttle ride to our specific venue DWTS at Texas CU Theater. The driver called at the time we were to leave and said he would not be there until 15 minutes prior to the time DWTS started. There were 12 people signed up for this shuttle. Four of us were there waiting for the shuttle to arrive.

Great venue. Beautiful inside and out. Very accessible - getting there and getting in and out with no hassle or confusion

Liked: Very clean - the room, the lobby, the grounds, everything. The free breakfast was the full menu of what most guys think of when they hear "breakfast". The check-in attendant was very polite, professional, and informative.
Disliked: I had to leave.

Decent hotel at a decent...

Liked: The receptionist, Lorena, was such a lovely girl. She had a very polite demeanor and was very attentive while checking in to the hotel. It was very pleasant after a five hour drive to get here.
Disliked: The room was nice and clean, but the bathroom showed signs of mold. Since we were just there for a night we didn’t feel the need to report it or make a big deal about it. I’m sure the staff knows since it was pretty obvious.

It could’ve been better .rooms...

Liked: It was clean .. and the breakfast.
Disliked: The pool area needs to be shaded with tents or umbrellas!! It’s to hot kids uncomfortable sun directly on them . No proper out door sitting . Only the front entrance. Front desk attendant didn’t have my rooms as I booked had to go back and confirm on my personal device.
