Liked: I liked the convenient location and the spacious room!
Disliked: I only received partial of my deposit back. I’ve reached out to inquire what my room was charged for but no answer yet. I expected to receive a full refund of my deposit as there were no damages to the room.

Very good

Liked: The gym was nice but it only had one working treadmill.
Disliked: The towels were a little hard in the gym. I didn't have an ironing board in the room.

Very pleasant for the most...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: I didn't like that I had to move from my initial room because there was an ant infestation on the chair in the room. I had clothes on the chair. I took immediate action to request to move. major inconvenience in the aftermath of all of this. Hotel said to call Booking.com and Booking.com said to contact the hotel. Poor customer service.
