Liked: Staff was awesome as well as the breakfast. Facility was clean and everything went smooth.

Liked: The price for the nights we stayed.
Disliked: We couldn't check in until 5:30 pm because our room wasn't ready. From a long trip, coming in at 3 pm to check in, we expected the room to be ready. The way the Cuban cleaning ladies clean is inefficient.

Disliked: The pool didn't look nothing like pictures it was very dirty the bbq grill was a cheap on an looked like it would break if i would touched it

Liked: Good location, easy to get to, right off of the freeway, with easy access.
Disliked: Room could use upgrading, toilet seat broken, no cold water at sink in bathroom, contrast while using tv too dark.

I have had better stays...

Liked: Breakfast was good, except tasting the powder eggs.
Disliked: The phone does not work, sink has very low drain flow, shower floor was dirty, shower curtain needs to be lower at least 1/4” from floor, currently lots of water flowed on to RR floor causing a mess and migrates to the door and to room entry!
