Liked: Staff was very pleasant and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: My room was in disrepair. The shower rod was leaning against the wall and curtain laying in the tub.Also there was no vanity counter space , just a sink.I requested a better room and was quickly accommodated.My question is what criteria is used to determine whether the guest is assigned a " poor room " or a better quality room

Liked: The price. The location. The cleanliness of the room. Easy to check in and out.
Disliked: Upon checking in there was a huge line because only 1 person was in the front desk check in/out and help others. The tv in our room didn’t work at all. It was stuck in 1 channel (sports). We had NO remote in the room. When I went to go report it we got a random control they had laying around and that control looked broken too. It didn’t change the channel on the tv only the volume. Buttons on the tv didn’t work either only the on/off.The sofa bed was broken. It wasn’t functional even to place a duffle bag on top because it was cracking.

Liked: Pool was dirty,Breakfast was okay, staff were very friendly.

Short stay but overall good

Liked: Tv in the room did not work, we were not offered a different room nor given any type of credit.

Over all it was okay...

Liked: I enjoyed the quietness, I disliked how there’s mold in the restroom/bath on top of the wall
