Disliked: Sofa bed was hard mattress was too thin like sleeping on metal

Liked: Big rooms clean rooms not bed were good
Disliked: Didn't come into our beds nor leave clean towels. We had to go ask staff for new towels and their response was that we didn't put in a request. We did not leave I do not disturb in our door so we thought automatically they're coming to our beds and leave clean towels
