Disappointing

Liked: Nice new design. It looked modern and fresh.
Disliked: I found hair in the shower, over the bottle of shampoo and in the tub. Also around the toilet it was not clean. I mentioned this to the man at the desk and he assured me he was going to take care of it immediately. Also I mentioned to him the fact that each time I walked in front of the main cabinet, the door of it would wobble and bang against the cabinet. I had the impression that the problem had to do with the flooring being spongy. Which I mentioned to him. He became defensive and argumentative. At this point I said, OK what ever you wish, it is not my problem and I went to dinner. When I came back I checked the bathroom and nothing was done. Somebody's hair was still there. Disappointing. Bed was not very comfortable either and so were the pillows. But that is a commonality with affordable Hotels, they think that mushy small pillows are the best choice.

Liked: We checked in because we had to be at the hospital for procedure at 5:30 in the morning so we did not get to enjoy any of the amenities
Disliked: The pool was very small and crowded and there were plenty of screaming children and the parental units did not do anything to correct those children so we ended up having to leave the pool.

Liked: Super friendly front desk staff, nice breakfast with very good coffee. Comfy beds, very good internet. Excellent shower. Second time staying here, and it won't be my last!
