Liked: The location
Disliked: No hot water, stained sheets, stained rugs, TV not working, sofa bed stained and with potato chips and nuggets on the bed once we opened it. Moldy smell throughout the room. We changed rooms 3 times due to lack of cleanliness and no hot water. Absolutely disgusting!!! Ended up leaving in the middle of the night to an AirBnB.

Safe hotel, decent price, but...

Liked: As long as you have a car, this is an okay location whether you're doing stuff in Miami or Ft Lauderdale. I was doing both, so it made sense to stay further away where I could get a better price during spring break season. Felt safe getting in at night
Disliked: It's just a bit run down on the inside, needs some TLC in the rooms and elevator. If you're accustomed to Red Roofs/Motel 6s, it's fine
