La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cookeville

Very satisfied with our stay.

Liked: The room and facilities and our room was very clean and comfortable and the price was within our budget.
Disliked: There were a few spots on the bed sheets.

GREEN SWIMMING POOL

Liked: Everything was terrific except for the fact that I stayed there because of the swimming pool My kid wanted to go swimming on our last night there after we checked in the pool was as green as the trees around it.
Disliked: You need to learn to put the pool is out of order on your advertisement Don't advertise that you have a pool when it's not even available to swim in The pool was full of green algae that is the primary reason I stayed at that hotel so my kid could swim on his last day there

Liked: Staff went above and beyond to get me refunded for 5he day we left early. Booking . Com agent was no help
Disliked: Bed. Mattress was hard for me. Pillows were tiny, and flatPool was down for our entire stay

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: I checked into my room, and it was overpowered by the smell of bleach. This gave me a bad headache. The breakfast bar was so cheap, no selection, no fruit ,nothing. Was the worst breakfast offerings I have ever seen.

Liked: Decent location close to everything.
Disliked: Paint smell due to them working on the areas. . Didn't have housekeeping even when put a sign on door to please have them come in. Had to change rooms because air conditioning went out.
