Not impressed, let down. Could...

Liked: Decent breakfast.
Disliked: The room wasn't clean. The fitted mattress pad that was on the pull out couch was dirty, stained, and likely not washed from the previous person. I had to ask multiple times to get sheets for it. When I finally did get the sheets for it, they never brought me back a new mattress pad after I told them the one that was on it was nasty and I took it off. I had to ask for room service even though it's supposed to be daily and they did take the dirty one away but they never brought me back a new one... So I just had a thin fitted sheet on top of a fold out couch's mattress that was covered in plastic. Very comfortable for my child, right? There were a lot of other things wrong with the room as far as cleanliness goes. Too much to take the time to even list. There was black mold in the shower, one of the TVs had no remote and we never got one even though we asked about it. It was a lot wrong with the room as far as maintenance goes well including broken tiles that had some sharp edges. It's probably more but I can't think of it right now, but I think that's enough it was really a terrible stay. I recently stayed at another local hotel and it was much less inexpensive, almost by half and it was entirely a much nicer stay that also had a decent breakfast and a cleaner room. All around just much nicer.
