Wonderful

Liked: Room was nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellant.
Disliked: Price can be better for people that like to bring their dog. There should not be an extra fee for dogs unless they ruin something. We got there a little early, cause everyone checked out late we could not check in early.

Disliked: Staff in copper lounge-was horrible and rude ,, when I told them the service was poor they did nothing to make it right ,,, all I wanted was them to say was “ sorry and we will do better” ,, did not get that ,, very unhappy with the skinny lady and older long gray hair lady

Disliked: The Hallways were dirty, not vacuumed & the Elevator floor & walls look like no cleaning had been done in quite a while. But even worse was the loud party noise from the Pub bar downstairs till 2:00am. Called the front desk but nothing changed.
