La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Columbus Airport Reynoldsburg

Liked: Very helpful staff and very clean.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Staff was nice.
Disliked: Very overpriced for the quality, or lack of quality I should say. The room smelled as though a chain smoker had just checked out. The bathroom floors looked like they had barely been swept and for sure had not been mopped. There was a hair on the sheets. I supposedly received a discount on this room - I stayed at the Hilton for a cheaper rate than this. I will make sure that I never stay at another La Quinta again. Very dissatisfied.

Disliked: No ice, no hot water in shower, mediocre continental breakfast.

Liked: The breakfast was nice.
Disliked: I thought it had an indoor pool. That was my missunderstanding. The lamps and outlets by the bed did not work. The whole place was very dark and gloomy. There was a stain on pur cover. I wouldn't recommend.

Disliked: The staff was never at the front desk at night anyone could come and go someone knocked on our door 4 o’clock in the morning we left I had to knock on the counter for 17 minutes to get someone to come out and the the attitude was not pleasant at all
