Liked: Convenience, affordable, beds were comfy. Staff was kind.
Disliked: The smell… not sure if it’s pet or human urine, but the odor was pretty gross.

Disliked: the ac system seemed to not be working. the elevator was very hot. we had to buy a fan for our room because we couldn't get it to cool off. children running the halls all night long. other guests took over the outdoor swimming area, making it impossible for any other guests to use it. blaring music from the pool area.

Liked: I had booked my room in the afternoon and had went with my family to my brothers house in colorado springs for the 4th of july and we spent the day with the family and after the fire works show me and my kids were literally 5 minutes away from the motel and the front desk called to tell me that they were overbooked and could not accomodate us and I dont understand I should have been notified before I could reserve it
Disliked: That no one called me until almost 11pm to tell me

Disliked: Room carpet was smelling bad, bed was not comfortable and dirty facility

Disliked: I booked my room on your site and agreed to the terms. When I checked in, they informed me I was required to put up a $150 “deposit” just in case there were damages to the room. What? That’s right, they charge my card $150 and then get to decide if I was a good guest or not. No thanks. I walked away and I won’t book here again. You should be telling people this stuff up front.
